Nicolas comes from a position as Food and Beverage Manager at Villa Fridhem Hotel & Conference in Norrköping.

He has a long and broad experience from various leadership and operational positions from both the hotel and restaurant industry, including as restaurant and operations manager at various restaurants in Oslo, including the Gourmet restaurants 'Le Canard' and Annen Etage, both with 1 star in the Michelin Guide, Festningen Restaurang and Onda by Pal & Ness.
