The Norwegian airline Norwegian will reopen its cabin crew base at Arlanda Airport in April. Recruitment of cabin crew has begun and 270 people are needed, Norwegian writes in a press release.

”"Starting in April 2022, the new employees will board in Stockholm and will thus become the first flying personnel based in Sweden that Norwegian NAS has had since the pandemic started in 2020," writes Norwegian.

CEO Geir Karlsen is positive about the prospects for summer 2022. Despite the recent increase in the spread of infection, a route network from Arlanda with 54 direct destinations is planned for the season.

”"We can confirm that Norwegian is now seriously back in Sweden again," he writes in a comment.
