The airline Norwegian's restructuring plan has been approved by the special court, Oslo Byfogdembete.

Thus, both of the group's restructuring plans in Norway and Ireland have been approved by the courts, which means that two important milestones have been passed for the restructuring of the company.

Norwegian is now preparing the process of raising new capital during the month of May.

”"We are very pleased with this important decision. Once we have passed the two largest legal milestones, we can look forward to continuing the work of raising new equity," says CEO Jacob Schram in a comment.
