There will be no strike at Gardermoen airports in Oslo and Flesland in Bergen.
The trade union Fellesforbundet and the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) are in agreement, reports the Norwegian news agency NTB.
The deadline for a new wage agreement expired at midnight, but the parties continued to negotiate and were able to announce in the early afternoon that they had reached an agreement.
The now-called strike involved just over 400 employees, including flight engineers and baggage handlers, at both airports.
