Norwegian and Unionen, which organizes cabin crew at Norwegian's base at Stockholm Arlanda, have agreed on a new collective agreement. The agreement ensures good pay and employment conditions for the 188 employees at Norwegian's base at Arlanda Airport while providing predictability for Norwegian.
"We are very pleased with this agreement with the union, which gives us and our employees better predictability. The agreements ensure that the Stockholm base is strong for the future and secure competitive conditions for our cabin crew. At the same time, the agreement gives us flexibility for the winter season, which is absolutely necessary to be able to work cost-effectively. We look forward to further cooperation with the local union at the Stockholm base to find the best solutions together for the company and our talented employees at the base," says Guro Poulsen, EVP at Norwegian.
Norwegian and Unionen want to continue the good cooperation in the future to develop and introduce solutions that create the necessary flexibility and competitiveness for Norwegian. The agreement covers all 188 cabin crew at Norwegian in Sweden – all based at Arlanda Airport.
