The Norwegian airline Norwegian flew 1.3 million passengers in November, two percent fewer than the same month last year, and had a cabin load factor of 82.3 percent, three percentage points higher than November last year.

This is stated in a press release.

”"I am very pleased with the traffic figures in November, which is seasonally one of the weakest months of the year. We have adjusted capacity significantly to meet fluctuations in demand during the winter. We are particularly pleased with the high cabin factor of 82.3 percent, three percentage points higher than November last year," comments Norwegian's CEO Geir Karlsen.

Christmas and New Year are expected to be a travel-intensive period, and the company sees continued strong demand for air travel, it says.

”"Many customers took the opportunity to book their next trip during the latest sales campaign. The summer routes that we recently launched have been well received and we note that our travelers have started planning their flights for 2024 earlier than last year," says Geir Karlsen.
