The airline Norwegian is reviewing cost-saving measures and has initiated dialogue with employees, reports E24.

”"We have several options that are being evaluated and we have initiated a dialogue with the employees about these," Norwegian's head of communications Esben Tuman told E24.

Esben Tuman does not go into how much the company wants to save, but he says that the company is under cost pressure and must improve profitability or reduce costs.

”Future growth will determine the need for personnel, but our goal is to be able to complete this process without layoffs,” he said.
