Availability to Barcelona will be expanded for the summer. Starting June 22, Norwegian will begin flying between Gothenburg Landvetter and Barcelona. In addition, the number of departures to Barcelona from Stockholm Arlanda will be increased. For those who want to be there in good time, it is also possible to book flight tickets for the winter half of 2023/2024 from today.

During the summer months, Norwegian offers 300 routes to over 110 destinations and today a new direct route is launched between Gothenburg Landvetter and Barcelona, starting on June 22. The new route will operate three times a week, while the number of departures on the existing route between Stockholm Arlanda and Barcelona will be increased by up to 11 departures a week. Tickets are now available online.

– There is a lot of interest in traveling to Barcelona, so we are pleased to be able to offer direct flights to Barcelona from Gothenburg while also increasing the number of departures to Barcelona from Stockholm. Barcelona is a fantastic city with a lot to discover and there is also a wide range of both culture and restaurants, says Magnus Maursund, Commercial Director at Norwegian.

Winter season 2023–2024
Starting today, it is also possible to book tickets for the winter season, which means that tickets from the end of October 2023 to the end of March 2024 are now bookable. During the winter program, Norwegian initially operates 144 routes to 65 destinations, but more departures and destinations may be added. The most sought-after destinations during the winter that are booked early are Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Malaga, Alicante, Nice and Faro.

– With the launch of the winter program, we are making it possible for those who want to be out in good time to already be able to book winter trips. A wide range of destinations gives customers the opportunity to fly with us both to sun and beach destinations or to destinations with a focus on art and culture, or activity-oriented. We are pleased to be able to offer our travelers a wide range regardless of when they want to travel, continues Magnus Maursund.
