The Norwegian airline Norwegian reports an EBITDA of 1,526 million Norwegian kroner for the third quarter of 2022, compared to 844 million Norwegian kroner in the corresponding period last year.
Net sales amounted to 7,116 million Norwegian kroner (1,927).
High fuel prices and a strong dollar are expected to have a partially negative impact on the company's results for the year, the company writes.
Ahead of the 2023 summer season, the company will add 15 aircraft to the existing 70 to match the expected increase in demand. The company aims to reach a production (ASK) of 35,000 million seat kilometers, up from the forecast of 27,500 million in 2022.
