The Oslo Stock Exchange's OBX index fell 0.8 percent to 819. The best performance was noted for Norwegian, which strengthened by just over 10 percent.
The airline is in contact with Lufthansa about a potential deal, Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr told the Süddeutsche newspaper, something that Norwegian CEO Bjørn Kohl confirmed later on Monday, according to NRK.
