Norwegian signs agreement with Airbus on delayed deliveries

Norwegian has agreed with Airbus to postpone deliveries of a number of aircraft.

According to Reuters, the postponement applies to a number of A320 Neo and A321 LRS aircraft. Norwegian expects the measure to reduce the company's investments by a total of approximately $570 million for the years 2019 and 2020.

According to Norwegian, the postponement is in line with the airline's new strategy of taking advantage of the scale built up in recent years, and the shift in focus from growth to profitability.
