The airline Norwegian will launch direct flights to Spain from Stockholm Skavsta Airport starting in April next year, according to a press release.
Norwegian will fly to the destinations Alicante and Malaga. There will be two departures per week per destination. The new routes will be operated until the end of October.
”"We are pleased that Norwegian is launching two new direct routes from Stockholm Skavsta Airport, as they have not previously served the airport. This means that we are expanding accessibility between Sweden and Spain, something that has been requested by travelers for some time. This is an important step in our long-term plan to develop the airport and the surrounding area together with our main owner Arlandastad Group," says Kjell-Åke Westin, Chairman of the Board, Stockholm Skavsta Airport.
Arlandastad took over Stockholm Skavsta Airport this spring.
