Norwegian's capacity at Gothenburg Landvetter has increased significantly over the past two years. This winter, the company has increased capacity by a full 95 percent compared to last winter. The new winter routes to Hurghada, Marrakech and Tenerife contribute significantly to the increased capacity, but so does the new route to Palma, which starts in March.

If you compare the period January through October 2025 with the same period in 2024, capacity has increased by 18 percent. However, if you compare the development from 2023 to 2025, the number of airline seats has increased by almost 95 percent.

–Gothenburg and the whole of Västra Götaland is a very important market for us and we have invested heavily in increasing accessibility for residents in the region, both in terms of capacity and number of routes. There is increased interest in flying from Gothenburg Landvetter and we are happy to be able to contribute to this, says Norwegian's Director of Communications Charlotte Holmbergh

Norwegian operates 12 destinations from Gothenburg, with some of the routes operating year-round while other routes operate during the winter or summer months.

In addition to Gothenburg, Norwegian also flies internationally from Stockholm Arlanda and Skavsta Nyköping.

Here you can see all direct routes from Gothenburg Landvetter and you can click through month by month to see which routes are flown during the winter and summer.
