Negotiations regarding the taxi agreement between the Swedish Transport Employers' Association and the Swedish Transport Workers' Association have stalled. Notice of conflict has been announced by the Transport Workers' Association. Mediators in the conflict have been appointed and negotiations are ongoing. 

On September 4, the following will happen if the parties do not agree before then:

Blockade regarding new employment, hiring, overtime and additional time. 
The blockade is national and affects around 1,800 companies and 8,300 drivers, as well as 2,640 drivers connected to ordering centers. This affects all transport companies that operate mobility services, school transport and medical trips by passenger car (taxi).
