Starting today, travelers in the Gothenburg area can book their trips with Taxi Göteborg directly via the Uber app. Uber and Taxi Göteborg announced the strategic partnership at the end of September, which means that Taxi Göteborg's drivers and taxis will be available on the Uber app during times when there is extra demand for trips.
Residents and visitors to Gothenburg can easily get a taxi from Taxi Göteborg via Uber's app, while Taxi Göteborg gets an even more efficient use of its drivers and vehicles. The collaboration aims to create a simple and efficient solution for both travelers and drivers during periods of high demand.

Travelers can now get a taxi from Taxi Göteborg when ordering from Uber's regular product offering, but there is also a dedicated Taxi Göteborg product in the Uber app, where you can order a taxi specifically from Taxi Göteborg. The product works like other products in the Uber app.
