Starting August 27, SAS will change its booking conditions. The airline will then remove the option to rebook flights free of charge within 24 hours, which the Norwegian travel site Jet lag was the first to report on.
With the new rules, mistakes like misspelled names or incorrect dates can be costly.
Travel to and from the United States will not be covered by the new rules.
