It may be difficult to reach SJ's website at the moment. The reason is a congestion attack, according to SJ's press manager Tobbe Lundell.
”"We noticed around 1 p.m. that it was difficult to reach our website. We have determined that it is an external overload attack, we do not know from where or how long it will last," he says.
It is SJ's own supplier that discovered the problem. It concerns access to, for example, traffic information and ticket bookings.
Tobbe Lundell advises anyone who has difficulty accessing the website to seek traffic information from the Swedish Transport Administration instead, and to book tickets via SJ's app, which is not affected.
”"If you have problems buying a ticket for tonight, you can also board the train you plan to take and ask the staff if there is room, in which case you can travel for free," he says.
