In September 2023, SAS removed the soft drink Pepsi from its range.

But now it's back, writes Norwegian E24.

The reason behind its removal from the beginning was that the manufacturer PepsiCo was on Ukraine's blacklist of companies contributing to Russia's warfare.

Ukrainian authorities no longer use the list, says press manager Øystein Schmidt at SAS Norway.

– After a careful assessment, we therefore entered into dialogue with Pepsi in late summer last year to secure an agreement that both protects our values and at the same time gives our lounge guests a competitive customer experience.
