They have not yet agreed with management on a new collective agreement. The leader of their union, Alf Hansen, has stated that the gap is large. There is now a risk of a strike if they do not reach an agreement. Norwegian's press officer Charlotte Holmbergh says that this concerns pilots based in Norway.
– It could affect routes to and from Sweden, she says.
