A Norwegian plane en route to Sola in southwestern Norway has been forced to make an emergency landing.
The reason is that the plane has received a bomb threat, according to NRK, which refers to Stavanger Aftenbladet.
The plane took off in Copenhagen and has now made an emergency landing at Kastrup Airport.
– We can confirm that there has been a bomb threat on board, says Silje Glorvigen, press officer at Norwegian, to the newspaper. The Copenhagen police write on X that the plane will now be investigated.
”"The plane is now empty of passengers, all of whom are safe inside the airport.".
A SAS plane en route to Stavanger from Copenhagen has also been forced to turn back. The reason is unclear, however.
– The police gave instructions to turn around, so they are the ones who have to answer why, says Alexandra Lindgren Kaoukji at SAS Denmark to the newspaper.
