At least one person has been killed and several injured in a plane crash on a runway in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The collision occurred when a private jet veered off the runway after landing and crashed into a parked business jet, according to the US Federal Aviation Administration.

The airport is a popular hub for jets in the Phoenix area, especially during major events like the PGA Phoenix Open, which was held nearby this weekend.
