American Airlines' revenue came in at $14 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025, slightly below analysts' expectations of $14.03 billion.
Earnings per share came in at 16 cents, compared with expectations of 34 cents.
The company also forecasts that revenues will grow in 2026. During the first three months, the company predicts growth of between 7 and 10 percent compared to 2025.
”American Airlines is well positioned for significant upside in 2026 and beyond,” commented Robert Isom, CEO.
The stock rose over 3 percent in US pre-market trading.
