Norwegian's total passenger traffic, RPK, rose 44 percent in April, compared to the same month the previous year.

This is evident from the company's monthly statistics.

Capacity (ASK) increased by 51 percent, while the load factor decreased by 3.6 percentage points to 83.0 percent.

Norwegian, revenue per passenger kilometer, decreased by 16 percent compared to the same month last year.

The so-called Rask level, a measure of revenue per available airline seat, fell by 20 percent.

The number of passengers amounted to 3 million, which was an increase of 16 percent compared to the corresponding month the previous year.
