All chains within Nordic Choice Hotels have their own culture bearer. At Clarion Collection, the role is called Culture Officer and means that you act as an extension of the hotel group's central HR department, People & Culture. The responsibility primarily includes strengthening Clarion Collection's Employer Brand. The work is an important part of the chain's continued expansion and new recruitment for future hotel openings, but also to retain and further develop existing employees.

For the last 6 years, Rebecca Wodajo has worked at Clarion Collection Hotel Tapto, in Östermalm in Stockholm. Rebecca has extensive experience as a hotel manager, reception manager, revenue manager, housekeeping manager and restaurant manager. Rebecca has been positioned in Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland and Australia.
