Finnair's traffic amounted to 115,500 passengers in September, a decrease of 91 percent compared to last year and 40 percent fewer than in August this year. 

The company writes that the strict COVID-19 restrictions, not least in Finland, continue to affect passenger traffic. This is particularly evident in transatlantic flights, which were completely canceled during the month, but also in European travel.

ASK capacity decreased by 87.6 percent year-on-year. Finnair had an average of 83 daily flights including cargo flights, which corresponds to 21.8 percent compared to September last year.  

RPG, revenue passenger kilometers, fell by 95.9 percent overall.
