Air France-KLM reports an increase in passenger numbers of 2.9 percent in June.

Traffic also increased by 3.5 percent, measured as RPK, according to a press release.

In total, the company transported approximately 7.7 million passengers during the month. The cabin load factor increased by 1.5 percentage points to 88.8 percent.

Freight traffic increased by 3.2 percent, the press release also states.

Air France-KLM is one of Europe's largest airlines.
