Ryanair will end paper boarding passes later this year and will only allow passengers to board with digital boarding passes issued via the company's app. While many airlines are encouraging the use of digital boarding passes, Ryanair will be the first airline to completely abandon the paper option. The Irish carrier says 80 percent of its 200 million annual passengers already use digital boarding passes.
