Irish airline Ryanair continues to invest in the Swedish air travel market ahead of the 2025 winter season and expands its offering from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport with two new destinations, Porto and Malta.
At the end of October, Ryanair will start operating flights to Porto (OPO) and Malta (MLA) from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, further strengthening the airport's overall offering. Demand for international travel to and from Sweden is high, and the two routes, which will operate twice a week, provide additional opportunities to reach Europe from Western Sweden.

Starting October 26, 2025, Ryanair will operate Gothenburg Landvetter (GOT) – Porto (OPO) twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays, with a Boeing 737.
Starting October 28, 2025, the Gothenburg Landvetter (GOT) – Malta (MLA) route will be operated twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, with a Boeing 737.
