Ryanair has today (21 July) welcomed the approval of a post-Covid pay restoration vote by Spanish pilots, following the recent approval of a similar agreement by French pilots. The agreements with unions SEPLA (Spain) and SNPL (France) provide for a faster pay restoration and future pay improvements each year until March 2027.

This year, the airline will grow to 115 percent of its pre-Covid capacity and is prioritizing early pay restoration for its staff through these renegotiated contracts to secure jobs and create a foundation for growth. These new accelerated contracts also include pay improvements and other benefits in addition to full pay restoration for Ryanair’s Spanish and French pilots over five years to March 2027.

According to a press release.
