Low-cost airline Ryanair's CEO Michael O'Leary warns that ticket prices this summer could be up to 10 percent more expensive due to delayed deliveries of Boeing planes, according to the BBC.
Deliveries of 57 Boeing 737 Max 8200s were expected to take place in March, but the company now believes that only 40-45 will be delivered in time for the summer season.
Ryanair hopes for compensation, but is currently focused on getting the deliveries.
O'Leary believes that more airlines will suffer from capacity shortages this summer due to planes not being available on time.
