With extensive experience in the hotel industry and a strong focus on change management and guest experience, Samantha now takes the helm at Comfort Hotel Malmö. She most recently comes from Comfort Hotel Panorama in Gothenburg, where she successfully led the hotel through extensive development work.

At Comfort Hotel Panorama, Samantha has recently led a complete renovation, a rebranding from Quality Hotel to Comfort Hotel, and a new start with a focus on affordable accommodation in a prime location by Liseberg, the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre and Avenyn. Now Samantha is taking the next step in her career as Hotel Director at Comfort Hotel Malmö.

Comfort Hotel Malmö combines 19th-century architecture with modern, urban design. The hotel has almost 300 rooms, creative meeting rooms and a 160 m² gym – all just minutes from Malmö Central Station and with quick access to Copenhagen.

Samantha has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, in both operational and strategic roles. She has held senior positions at several hotels, where her inclusive and goal-oriented leadership has created engagement, improved customer experience and increased profitability.

Samantha Bellamy will be responsible for both Comfort Hotel Panorama and Comfort Hotel Malmö until a new hotel director is in place in Gothenburg.
