SAS chairman to step down after 10 years

The airline group SAS's chairman of the board, Fritz Schur, has informed the company's nominations committee that he will not be available as chairman of the board after the upcoming annual general meeting.

This is stated in a press release. SAS's Annual General Meeting is planned to take place on 5 March 2018. Fritz Schur is 66 years old and has been a member of the SAS board since 2001 and chairman of the board since 2008.
