SVT has been examining SAS's safety culture for several days. After unions confirmed that there are problems, SAS is now making a complete turnaround. They will meet with the unions and develop an action plan.

There is direct reference to SVT's reporting about the uncertainty surrounding the "Unfit for flight" routine.

The company will also increase information and training efforts.

Agree with the union

He has previously denied in two interviews that there were any question marks about the "Unfit for flight" routine.

Rolf Bakken says in the press release that he agrees with the union representative who spoke to SVT during the evening, that the company has good safety work.

”"At the same time, I am concerned that it is also being said that there is uncertainty around unfit reporting. That is why we are now acting forcefully."”
