The process of reorganization of the company in Sweden and the so-called Chapter 11 proceedings in the USA are complete, writes the airline SAS on its website.
This begins a new era for SAS, the company writes, describing the whole thing as a successful process.
”"The company emerges from this as a competitive and financially robust airline, with a strengthened capital structure and with a dedicated and experienced management," the company writes.
Together with the companies in the alliance that SAS is now switching to, from Star Alliance to Skyteam, the company also has something new and attractive to offer customers, it says.
