SAS has been given a 100-day extension to find new investors. The airline must get its creditors to accept a new investment plan by January 8th, writes the website MobilityWatch.

The decision was announced by a US court on Friday.

In July, SAS asked for more time to get new investors to help the company out of its deep debt hole. SAS now has until November 8 to submit a plan. It must have approval from the company's creditors by January 8.
