SAS cancels several flights due to illness among staff, reports SVT News.

– We have an unusually high level of sick leave due to Covid and a lower threshold for staying home, says John Eckhoff, press manager at SAS, to SVT News.

On Tuesday, around 20 departures to Copenhagen, Oslo, London and Paris were affected.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, additional flights will be affected and SAS may have to cancel more departures before and during the Christmas holidays.

– It is very unfortunate and we really regret that, but we are like the rest of society affected by Covid, he says. Source:aftonbladet.se
