The airline SAS will start a flight between Copenhagen and Seoul, South Korea, with a premiere on September 12, 2025. It will thus be the first regular route between Scandinavia and Korea, the company writes in a press release.

The route will be operated four times a week during the summer season and three times during the winter period. The investment in South Korea comes after SAS, in connection with the new ownership structure, joins a new airline alliance, Skyteam, in which the South Korean airline Korean Air is also a member.

”"Seoul, known as a global center for culture, innovation and business, is a strategic addition to our growing network," SAS CEO Anko van der Werff said in the press release.
