SAS will resume service on the Arlanda – Kalmar route today. The route will further strengthen accessibility in Sweden, from north to south.

The launch of the Arlanda – Kalmar Öland Airport route is a central part of SAS's ambition to connect Sweden. With Arlanda as a base for domestic traffic, smooth access is created to other parts of the country and further afield. In addition to Arlanda's traffic to around 150 destinations, there are also frequent connections to SAS's extensive global network in Copenhagen.  

In 2023, SAS paused traffic between Arlanda and Kalmar Öland Airport due to declining demand, but now sees potential for a lasting investment.
