An SAS plane heading to Copenhagen attempted to take off from the taxiway, which is used by aircraft to drive between runways and terminals, on Thursday evening for an unknown reason, and ended up in the grass between the runways, writes Danish TV2.

No one on board was reported to have been injured and the flight was canceled.

A passenger tells the TV channel that the experience was "terrifying" and that the plane suddenly braked sharply just before it was about to take off.
