The airline SAS is postponing interest payments totaling just over SEK 400 million due at the end of April related to hybrid bonds.
According to SAS, the deferral of interest payments is taking place as part of the ongoing so-called Chapter 11 process and corporate restructuring in Sweden.
”"The deferral of interest payments is made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective hybrid bond," it says in a press release.
This concerns semi-annual interest payments of SEK 84.2 million, which are due on April 23 and SEK 319.6 million, which are due on April 26.
