The Stockholm District Court has approved the restructuring plan for the airline SAS, according to a press release. The company has applied for delisting.
The airline SAS writes that all shares and hybrid bonds will be redeemed and withdrawn in connection with the reconstruction.
In connection with this, SAS announces that it has applied to be delisted from the Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo Stock Exchanges, as well as for the delisting of SAS's listed commercial hybrid bonds from the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Provided that the decision on the restructuring plan becomes legally binding.
The last day of trading on the stock exchange is expected to take place two trading days after the restructuring plan becomes legally effective.
The new capital structure includes the Danish state, KLM Air France, international financier Castlelake and Danish billionaire Henrik Lind.
