
The airline SAS's loss during the period November 2022-September 2023 amounted to SEK 4.7 billion, according to a monthly report from the company to the US court handling SAS's reconstruction under bankruptcy protection.
Revenues totaled SEK 38.1 billion during the period and at the end of September, the company had SEK 6.3 billion in liquid assets, while the debt mountain amounted to SEK 61.1 billion, according to the report.
The loss during September amounted to SEK 260 million.
SAS reached an agreement with the French-Dutch airline Air France-KLM and a group of investors – including the Danish state – to buy the company in early October. The transaction must be approved by the US court.
