2.7 million passengers traveled with the airline SAS during October, an increase of approximately 35,000 compared to the same month last year.

The more detailed figures show that the SAS Group's scheduled passenger traffic, RPK, decreased by 1 percent in October compared to the same month last year. The cabin factor for scheduled traffic decreased by 0.3 percentage points to 74.6 percent.

SAS's currency-adjusted yield, revenue per passenger kilometer, increased 1.3 percent in October compared to the same month last year. The so-called currency-adjusted Pask level, passenger revenue in relation to available airline seats, was up 0.9 percent.

With the end of October, SAS will be putting the 2017/2018 financial year behind it. In total, around 30 million passengers flew with SAS during the financial year, which is slightly more than in previous years.
