Scandic Hotels has signed a lease agreement for two hotels with a total of 459 rooms in Helsinki at the Garden Helsinki event venue.
The lease agreement concerns a Scandic Go hotel with 232 rooms and a Scandic with 227 rooms and is expected to open in 2028.
Through the two hotels, Scandic will become the exclusive hotel operator in Garden Helsinki, according to a press release.
