Scandic signs hotel agreement in Berlin

Scandic has signed an agreement to take over a hotel in central Berlin, which is expected to open in the third quarter of 2026.

This is stated in a press release.

A long-term lease agreement with property owner AXA Investment Managers has been signed, and the hotel will be completely renovated and adapted to Scandic's brand and operational standards.

After the opening, Scandic operates three hotels with a total of 992 rooms in Berlin and nine hotels in Germany, spread over 2,849 rooms.
