SEB may be denied advice to SAS during the Chapter 11 proceedings in the US, writes the Norwegian site E24.
The reason is that SEB's chairman Marcus Wallenberg also owns a part of SAS, and therefore may be acting in his own interest, according to the American agency The US Trustee Program, which is part of the US Department of Justice.
However, SEB claims that there are frequent clashes between the board of SEB and Wallenberg's ownership stake in the airline.
