
During the pension strike in Paris, several metros and commuter trains have been closed.
Parisians have had to find new ways to travel and many have chosen to get around the city's streets by bicycle - which has led to an unusually high number of traffic accidents.
– We have intervened 600 times between December 5 and 14, says Gabriel Plus at the rescue service to TT.
Several have collided with pedestrians and cars. So far, most have suffered minor injuries.
