As of April 1, it will no longer be possible to buy rebookable tickets on SJ, reports P4 Örebro.
”"We are taking a break from rebookable tickets while we change the booking system," says Tobbe Lundell, press manager at SJ, to TT.
”"The break is for an indefinite period, but the goal is for it to be reintroduced during the year. Maybe after the summer," says Lundell.
The reason for the temporary stop for rebookable tickets is that the booking system is being replaced during the spring.
”"We will work with parallel booking systems, but we will not be able to handle the rebooking values. That is why we are doing this," says Lundell.
However, it will still be possible to choose refundable tickets. Anyone who has a refundable ticket will be able to use it even after April.
