On October 1st, SJ will release all day train tickets for the Christmas weeks. The train company already released tickets for the night trains this summer, up to and including the half-term weeks of 2026. Peter Kramérus, communications strategist at SJ, says they are well-prepared for Wednesday's ticket release.
– We've learned from previous ticket releases, and we're now doing several ticket releases a year. The high-speed train operator VR, which was previously known as MTRX, and Snälltåget have already released tickets for the Christmas period 2025.
