Starting December 22, ski enthusiasts from Visby, Trollhättan, Ronneby, Kalmar, Kristianstad and Halmstad can travel to the new airport "Scandinavian Mountains Airport", Skistar writes in a press release.

The new routes will operate every Thursday and Sunday and include a flight change at Bromma Airport with a waiting time of 20 minutes to one hour. The travel time between Bromma and Sälen/Trysil is estimated to be 65 minutes.

BRA will also fly directly to Gothenburg, Malmö, Ängelholm and Vaxjö.

It is already known that SAS will open two direct flights from Denmark and one from London to Scandinavian Mountains Airport.

Scandinavian Mountains Airport is owned by the ski resorts and the Malung and Trysil municipal tourism companies.
